Dare to Lead, Make the Difference.

My very own Dauntless people; in sense of the rowdy crowd, loud debates, playful banters, noisy decorating/TOT/rehearsal sessions. The last time I was in an event, I was in charge with the logistics. But this time, I have learnt so many new things and look at an "event" so differently from the eyes of a member of Ceremony and Protocol department. But damn, this event makes me feel like in a way, I want them all to myself.

I am blessed with their presence, as they are slowly but surely changing me to be one of them: crazier, friendlier, not afraid to speak out and, the best trait of all, becoming more loyal to the bond forged.

The art of losing yourself in another reality.

(2204 hrs) UPDATE : If you really wanna feel all warm and fuzzy and mushy inside, I suggest you to read Let It Snow: Three Holiday Romance because I have just finished it and damn, given my current turmoil, I still feel good. And that's saying something.

Also because I'm such a sucker for Christmassy stuff so yeah. HAHA.

I'm having the worst hangover in my history of ever.

When others usually are caused by excessive amount of booze, mine however is caused by reading too much and slept at four in the morning, effectively fucking up my sleeping schedule.

Three stuff: one fairly complicated lab manual that had eleven people working on the same effing machine for about three hours, and two of John Green's novel which, unfortunately his two novels that revolves heavily around clues and mysteries and mathematical equations that will put the Gnielinski relation to shame.

It was actually a process of randomly-choosing-which-John-Green's-book-should-I-read-on-a-very-relaxing-day and I ended up with, well, those books. The kind of book that kept you at the edge of your muthafcking seat. The odds weren't exactly in my favor.

Thanks to the iBook app, I have read exactly twelve novels for the last approximately 10 days; ranging from the last two Divergent series plus the companion Four: A Divergent Collection, the Warm Bodies novel, the all five of the existing Lorien Legacies series, to the three John Greens. Physically tho, I've reread Manisnya Cinta and Sophie Kinsella's Remember Me.

Fourteen novels. It's not much, but I haven't read this much since God-knows-when. So voila, a-hungover-with-some-distinct-zombie-characteristic Yaya is what I'm going as to face the world today. So, gimme a grunt when you see me in campus today.

I said "no one has to know what we do".

1989 album is a Horcrux. I'll explain it in my next post.

There goes my intro.

Hahah, I guess I've missed writing here since it has been quite a while. And I have this urge to, y'know, write something so here I am :)

Well, I've had an awesome "karipap"-picnic with my mrnzmi and Marsha just now at the Oval Park. It was a big bag of mixed stuff; I taught a bit of what I know about composing a picture before snapping them with the help from the internet to Marsha, a bit of portrait-shoot for both of them, eating mrnzmi's currypuffs, having fun insulting each other (damn it was good, hahah) and unknowingly played with an EE lecturer's daughter.

At some point, this girl wanted to stay with us and eat her currypuff and even tried to play with my Holga. Kid, go lomo bila engkau dah besar nanti okay?

Damn the kid looked like a baby model here, I'd give her that.

Ohhey y'all!

Oh, while we're on the subject, I HAVE FINALLY DEVELOPED MY FIRST FILM IN THE HISTORY OF YAYA-GO-LOMO! Okay the last word was totally made up, but you get the point. Haha. I went lomo somewhere in the beginning of June, and I've gotten a nice, practical Russian toycam, the Smena 8M for myself. It's a very recommended camera for those who actually want to learn the relationship between film speed, shutter speed and aperture opening. It was super hard in the beginning, and it still is but I'm slowly getting hold of that right now.

So yeah, after searching for a bit, I finally found a shop that would help me to send my roll of film to be developed. The exact place where they develop the film is sort of hard for me to drive to, so I sent it to this shop in Pertama Complex that will help me to send to the actual shop. Well, for a first roll, I did moderately, I think?

No. 2: "Look out your window"

No. 6: Well, baby Smena hates cat within its 1 meter range.

No. 8: "Double Ipoh".

No. 15

No. 26: My boys + Sepang = my favorite combo in the history of ever.

Phew. Those were from the Agfa Vista 400 film. Currently, I'm trying to finish my Agfa Vista 200 film and later, baby Smena will be loaded with my first redscale film ever! After that, Imma continue with more film by Lomography: the black and white Lady Grey and Slide Xpro. Then, maybe, MAAAYBE I would focus on my medium format camera, dearest Holga 120N. And I've been itching to get my hands on my dad's old Olympus SLR. Asdfghjkl, urgh. I can't even begin to describe how excited I am with film photography.

Maybe I could by slamming my head on my laptop's keyboard, but I'm not eager to have any concussion. So yeah.
